In view of our best traditions, we congratulate Imam Talib Shareef of Washington, D.C. in his outstanding representation of Islam and the Muslim-American community at the White House Eid Al-Fitr observance today May 2, 2022. His words introducing the President of the United States were expressed with obvious sincerity, great wisdom, insight, and profound spiritual depth.
We pray that this achievement registers in Heaven as it did in our souls as an important and memorable step forward witnessing that our land -these United States of America, continues to open itself to G’d’s Mercy and reach to our native community of Muslims as a partner for human progress and dignity.
